Before Lawrence D. Schwimmer was thirty he was president of his own multi-million dollar food company. A former executive with several Fortune 500 companies, at the time of the production of this video he was president of Schwimmer & Associates, a San Francisco-based consulting firm specializing in presenting conflict resolution programs. He has authored three books on business behavior and has presented his seminars on "Risk-taking and Managing Conflict" before more than 25,000 people throughout the country, including presentations at IBM, Polaroid, and Xerox.
